esthetician license with aa for nursing or bs for nursing?

I want to work in a medical spa, or plastic surgery office doing botox and laser treatments. Do I need my bs for that or can I be a rn with my aa in nursing?And is it better to work in my esthetician license first then my rn license?

I have a liscense to practice aesthetics and need a facial bed/stool-where can I find used salon equipment?

Chemical Peel?

What will my skin look like right after a chemical peel? I heard you will look red and flakey. How many days until those effects are gone, and the good effects are visible?
Considering a glycolic peel at a clinical spa. Don't know the strength- enough to even skin and help with some scars.

I need to make a resume, where do I start?

I need to make a resume but I have no idea where to start! What program should use to make it? what info do they need to know? what do they not need to know?? and basically anything else you can tell me to help me get started would be great!

Here's my situation: I have finished school to become an esthetician, however I have not done any of the testing and I don't think I'll be able to anytime soon. There is an opening at a spa for a receptionist and I want to apply for it (and see if there is a possibility of me working as an esthetician there once I get my license).

but ive seen some that last for as long as 7 days then come off.
And when it peels of does your old skin peel of with it?

GUYS! Why wont my boyfriend marry me?

I am 21 years old. A Spa Director.Esthetician Firefighter/EMT and Have a honda cbr 600 rr [motorcycle]. I am outgoing, love to laugh, and help anyone and everyone whenever I can. It's my job.
PROBLEM!! My boyfriend of over 2 years just wont say anything about the future?? What is it about me that makes me non-marriage material? I have money. I can cook great. Love dogs. Open to having kids. Independent. He does none of this. No college degree etc. We get along great. I let him do whatever he wants. See him twice a week TOPS. What am I doing wrong??

Im 4 foot 11. Not overweight...[not that I have anything against anyone that is!] Im just starting to lose self esteem...getting pretty bummed out. ANY advice would be great!
Yeah he defiantly takes all that he can that is for sure. I do agree 21 is too young to be getting married. I just wish there was some type of momentum in the relationship. Thanks for all the input!

How should I treat fungi on nails?

My mom has Fungi on her nails and she cleans houses so with the bleach its really hurting her nails she got it when they did her nails at the spa. She has no medical insurance, so over the counter medicine.

What is the average salary of a makeup artist that works in a salon?

I currently work for a makeup store but am interested in working in a salon. I have a makeup certificate, so far I only do makeup not cosmetology or esthetician and I keep reading everywhere that you have to be liscensed as either a cosmetologist or esthetician in order to work in a salon or spa is this true? Also, how do makeup artists at salons get paid (i.e. salary, hourly, tips...etc)? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

For the holiday season, how much should you tip the aesthetician at the spa or a plastic surgeon?

I vaguely have heard the rule of tipping the cost of one visit. So, would my next visit to the spa be (0- the cost for that visit + 0 the tip?) Also, I paid my plastic surgeon thousands of dollars, does he need to be tipped too or a present for his services? And where do I draw the line on the price limit on his present? I'm so confused o_0. Help! I'm going to be so broke by the time Christmas comes around.

What are the pre-required courses for Speech Pathology?

I’m a freshman in college and I’m enrolled in all the pre-requirement courses for pre-med and nursing majors. I don’t feel like I’m on the right track because nursing is not the job I can image my self doing for life because I’ve always dreamed of working as a doctor in refugee camps. I love languages, and I’m more intrigued on getting my masters in speech pathology then apply for medical school. I’ve done a lot research regarding speech pathology studies. But I still feel insecure. If I’ve understood what I’ve read, then the pre-required courses for SPA are english, psy 1.pre-cal, bio for health science majors, chem.. 1a, Phys 202, Introductory Astronomy, and a Cultural Anthropology class. Then attend a B.A. program then a masters program. Right or am I completely misinterpreted what I’ve read :S
