Can dermabrasion remove scars left from mole removal?

I recently had mole removal surgery in which they used the "punch" method. Dont' know what that means. Anyway I was just wondering if dermabrasion would work to get rid of the scars that it leaves because they had to stitch the holes closed. Thanks!

Chemical Peel?

What will my skin look like right after a chemical peel? I heard you will look red and flakey. How many days until those effects are gone, and the good effects are visible?
Considering a glycolic peel at a clinical spa. Don't know the strength- enough to even skin and help with some scars.

Have you ever had Dermabrasion?

I've struggled w/ acne and finally got rid of it w/ 5 months of Accutane. Now I've get the scars to deal with. They aren't like giant marks and holes in my face, but they're there. I'm extremely self-conscious about my appearance and long of clear skin. I have only found dermabrsion as a viable solution to uneven skin. So have you ever had it? Known someone who has had it? Or maybe your even a dermatologist with some tips. Any details on the process would be welcome.

Does Microdermabrasion work against acne and scars or just scars?

I'm just wondering if it helps both or just the scars. Does it actually work?

How do you use the TCA acid chemical peel for a scar?

Well, I bought 50% TCA for tattoo removal. I did some researching online and read that it is also used to help make scars look better, but I only got instructions on how to use it for the tattoo removal. Does anyone know how to use the acid peel for a scar? I used a lot on my tats and now it looks like I have 3rd degree burns, I don't want that on my scar.

im wondering about getting dermabrasion?

last year i was on acutane and the process left me with a few problems. My face has dark/red spots and a few scars, mostly from the acutane itself. Its not too noticeable and im not extremely vain or something. I was wondering about doing some dermabrasion, but it sounds hella painful according to wikipedia. Any info you guys could give me?

Can i mix a chemical peel with my face wash?

Yes i am unable to just take a week off or two so i can do a few rounds of chemical peels. I was wondering if anybody has heard of mixing the peel with the face wash to slowly rid the scars? It seems like a great idea, but i would want to know before hand if anybody has done so. Thank you

Can microdermabrasion help me to get rid of fairly deep acne scars?

I'm thinking about getting a microdermabrasion over my face. For some years now I suffer from severe acne scarring on my forehead. Will the microdermabrasion help against these scars? And is there any harm from it?

i went to a cosmetic surgery today and they said a chemical peel will not help pitted scars?

i went to a cosmetic surgery today and they talked me into an expensive skin treatment obaji and said chemical peels won't work for acne scarring/pitted scars.

my scarring is not very bad. its mild scarring. this was my affordable choice, a chemical peel as it is around £250. but the skin treatment obaji is around £500

is obaji really better than a chemical peel?
