I need a good cream when I go to the dermatologist! I have used epiduo but insurance wont cover it. I am thinking about differin or tretinion? Any suggestions? Oral pills maybe too?

We have Tricare Prime and dermatologists are a covered service. My husband has lots of clogged pores on his face/neck/back that need professional attention and some minor acne on his back. Here is my question: Instead of going to an esthetician, can a dermatologist do a thorough back treatment and facial and insurance cover it? I know the dermo can prescribe meds, but he needs someone to give him a good unclogging.
