Beauty school license advice: cosmetology or esthetician?

i am a college student with the summer off. im looking into beauty schools.. in my area. the first one i looked at was an estetician school. but i found out about another school that does cosmetology (mainly hair)..
i cant decide which license would be more beneficial for me..
i think the cosmotology schools sounds liek more fun.. but the estetician school seems like more financially sound.. and.. more serious..
because u study anatomy.. chemistry etc.

for a college student... what would u recommend a license in?
my parents are offering to let me do one school part time this summer..
to see if i like the career.. while i major in psychology in college.
any thoughts on what to pick?

Is it worth going to beauty school and then working at ihloff salon?

I want to go to beauty school then try and get a job at ihloff salon in Tulsa ok! I just dk if it's hard to get a job there or anything?

Help–Question about becoming an esthetician?

I get facials done every so often (the type where the facialist squeezes everything out of your pores/pimples). What type of college and training would you have to go through to become an esthetician like that? I have read about having to go to beauty schools to become an esthetician, but doesn't it take more training than that? Don't you have to learn about what effects different things have on your skin/face first? What would I have to major in if I'm an undergrad right now?

Is it odd for an 8-month Esthetician training program to cost $10,000?

I'm trying to research beauty schools (more specifically, skin care programs) but I'm not having much luck. Schools don't post tuition and it's a pain to try to contact them all. If anyone has been to a school for the same thing, I'd really appreciate your input, or if you are now an Esthetician and have any other advice, I'd appreciate that as well.

Esthetician Education?

I am looking for an education just to do facials. I got in contact with different beauty schools but none of them is able to offer individual courses. They just want to sell the entire hair-nail-skin deal. I am already a Massage Therapist and just want to do part time something else. Does anybody know a school in Denver area which offers individual courses?

What are some good beauty schools to attend in southern california while still in high school?

What are some good beauty schools to attend in southern california while still in high school? i am looking to become a licensed make up artist and i am still in high school does any one know of Good schools to do this at? thank you all very much please only serious answers no telling me that it is not going to work or that i should focus on high school i know what i am doing and have worked everything out i am just having trouble actually finding a good accreted school
