Should i get microdermabrasion for skin darkening?

I'm 16, and over the summer, I got a lot darker than I really am, I'm really actually light skin, but my face is darker than my body. Is microdermabrasion good for lightnening? Also can it get rid of acne scars, and other skin discolorations. Also, is it painful?

What at Home Microdermabrasion is best for Acne Scars?

I have some acne scars on face that I hate. I was wondering what is the best at Home Microdermabrasion that could help heal these scars. I was reading about Youthful Essence and Dermanew and was wondering if anybody tried these for scars. I can't really afford the a real professional job right now and was wondering about the home products.

What microdermabrasion kit would be the best to treat Acne Scars?

Im currently using Merderma and Neutrogena Microdermabrasion kit...I have bad dark acne scars and I want to get rid of it without going lazer. I was wondering which brand....Lacome..Mary Kay...Neutregna...Olay...etc, would be the BEST in treating acne scars. Please help, I've struggled with acne scars my whole life.

Mild acne, oily skin and hyper pigmentation/scars?

How am I supposed to deal with all of it? I have tried so many things for my skin I've lost count, my mom is even an esthetician and skin care specialist (she suggests a visit to the dermatologist and to get prescribed Acutane) because she herself can't do much to help me with my acne. I've had acne since the beginning of my teens. I know....the hormones, but I'm now almost 20 and is not going away any time soon. As a singer, my skin has to be healthy and good looking for my career. How can I approach this problem step by step and using money reasonably since I'm broke? Maybe using ACUTANE would end my issue? More water? Maybe exercising and eliminating processed foods from my diet completely? Beause I eat pretty healthy, but I also eat other processed foods which may cause me to breakout more often. Should I use supplements? What products can I use that are easy on the skin and all-natural not irrating for my type of skin? Any advice will be appreciated. I'm thinking my acne is due to the hormonal inbalance since I have alot of stress ad suffer from an Anxiety disorder and OCD
