What is the best acne cream/pills from a dermatologist?

I need a good cream when I go to the dermatologist! I have used epiduo but insurance wont cover it. I am thinking about differin or tretinion? Any suggestions? Oral pills maybe too?

If Epiduo worked, try Differin and layer active areas with Neutrogena on the spot from a drugstore. Epiduo is a combination of 1% Apadepalene and 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide. Since Differin is just 1% Apadepalene and On The Spot is just 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide (Epiduo basically just combines the two into one gel), you might be able to recreate the effects of Epiduo by layering them. But since On The Spot comes in a small tube, it might be hard spreading it all over your face like you would with Epiduo—hence, try doing it to just the active pimples.
Hope that helps!
There are some Birth Control pills that could clear your face… But what i did that cleared my acne was Acne Free which you can get at ride aid for 19 and change. Useing it with a Face Scrubber like thishttp://www.bing.com/images/search?q=face+scrubber&view=detail&id=F83C96A6B11727B0348354540E74EA3642C0F039&first=0&qpvt=face+scrubber&FORM=IDFRIR and drinking nothing but water for 3 weeks Straight. NO soda No juice and i didn’t dink 8 glasses a day either ONLY when i was thirsty!
I promise you my face is 100% clear and i have acne since i was in Elementary school, Now a Junior in high school my face looks AMAZING !
