Before you get too involved in this, the answer is a very quick - sorry you cannot. As a citizen of the USA, you can only visit France for a maximum of three months as a tourist and cannot do ANY work there. In order to work in France (or other EU countries you must be a citizen of one of those places). Work of every type is reserved for people from EU/Schengen countries. There is a remote possibility that you could, if you could fulfill many conditions, apply for a long term resident visa, but you still could not do any kind of work. BTW this is not that different from USA laws requiring a person to obtain a green card.

To be able to move to France and work there an American citizen has to apply for a long stay visa, a residence and work permit form the nearest French consulate in the USA. This is the equivalent to the American green card and is very difficult to obtain.
Sorry to have to disappoint you but there are now new rules about immigration to Europe and people originating from outside the EU are no longer allowed to move there permanently or to work there unless they have a particular skill or knowledge which is not possible to find in the EU. I am afraid that there are plenty of EU citizens with diplomas like yours, so it would not be considered a skill which is particularly desirable and enable you to move to any Schengen state such as France.
If you want to come to France as a visitor the maximum stay is limited to 90 days and it is forbidden tho take any paid employment during this period.

There are some Birth Control pills that could clear your face... But what i did that cleared my acne was Acne Free which you can get at ride aid for 19 and change. Useing it with a Face Scrubber like thishttp://www.bing.com/images/search?q=face+scrubber&view=detail&id=F83C96A6B11727B0348354540E74EA3642C0F039&first=0&qpvt=face+scrubber&FORM=IDFRIR and drinking nothing but water for 3 weeks Straight. NO soda No juice and i didn't dink 8 glasses a day either ONLY when i was thirsty!

I promise you my face is 100% clear and i have acne since i was in Elementary school, Now a Junior in high school my face looks AMAZING !

I still drink nothing but water .

If Epiduo worked, try Differin and layer active areas with Neutrogena on the spot from a drugstore. Epiduo is a combination of 1% Apadepalene and 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide. Since Differin is just 1% Apadepalene and On The Spot is just 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide (Epiduo basically just combines the two into one gel), you might be able to recreate the effects of Epiduo by layering them. But since On The Spot comes in a small tube, it might be hard spreading it all over your face like you would with Epiduo---hence, try doing it to just the active pimples.

Hope that helps!

To add to the first answer - Botox is a dangerous medication. If it's not given correctly (and even if it's right correctly), there are side efffects that you need to worry about (and that's why patients sign the consent for treatment).

Laser treatment is not the safest thing in the world either. One thing about laser is that it's very tedious to go over, say, an area, to remove the hair. Over.. and over.. and over.. and you'd keep firing the laser with the gun and your hand feels like it's going to fall off at the end of the procedure.

You need to keep in mind that patients who come in for these things are extremely demanding. They expect results - good results, like what they see in the magazine. They don't know that after years and years of skin damage (from the sun), there are no magic pill / liquid or anything that will fix it on the spot.

You need to find out the laws for your state. I know that in CA, only a physician can administer laser or botox. RNs, PAs, and a few other medical specialists can administer it under DIRECT supervision of an MD/DO.

My point is that if neither can administer Botox or laser treatments, and your goal is to do this, then neither career is right for you. If an esthetician is permitted to do these things, then simply get your degree as an esthetician.

A Master Cosmology license takes about 18 months or longer to achieve. You can do makeup, skin care, hair care and piercings with this license.

Depending on which beauty school you go to it can cost between $6,000-$24,000.

You can make $12/hr plus tips at family hair cuttery.

You can work at Sephora or MAC selling comestics without going to school, but they generally hire people that do.

Good luck.
