How to find a esthetician school?

Hi-
I live in Woodstock Virginia, and i was wondering if anyone knew of a close esthetician school near me, or how to find one, One where i wouldn't have to drive over an hour. Also i read on the internet that you can finish your esthetician program in 4 months if you go full time, or 8 months if you go part time. Is this true? I would appreciate any and all help thank you

Thanks alot i appreciate it, I thought if i went to cosmo. school that i would only be able to do hair, I have done alot of research on estheticians and i know for sure this is something i want to do. How do i find a school near me

How do I find out the statistics and which cosmetology school is better?

I am trying to find out which cosmetology school is better. The Paul Mitchell School or the Aveda Institute. How do I know which school will be better for a lucrative career?

Did microdermabrasion appear to help lessen the size of your pores?

I have huge pores, and I heard that microdermabsion helps with that. Therefore, I was wondering whether microdermabsion did anything for the appearance of your pores?

Also, are people who are prone to keloid scarring bad candidates for microdermabrasion?

Esthetician Education?

I am looking for an education just to do facials. I got in contact with different beauty schools but none of them is able to offer individual courses. They just want to sell the entire hair-nail-skin deal. I am already a Massage Therapist and just want to do part time something else. Does anybody know a school in Denver area which offers individual courses?

What are some upscales spas in the Chicago area?

My friend and I are looking for a spa, and we would like an upscale (NON- medical) spa. It doesn't matter if it's a day spa or a weekend spa. And recomandations would be nice.

I live in Bakersfield CA and need to know where to apply for my Cosmetology license?

I went to Lyle's but the lady wouldn't tell me where i could apply. She said the name but i cant remember it and dont know where it is.

The cosmetology license calls for 600 hrs of schooling i guess, but can that be all makeup schooling and not esthetician? They lady made it seem like i had to learn esthetician first then a LITTLE makeup. The basics which is applying it all for ,550. (too much) but can i just go to somewhere like Cinema Make-up School and go 600hrs of just make-up?

Tipping an Aesthetician at a Doctor's Office?

I am seeing an aesthetician at my dermatologist's office for chemical peels (which are not covered under medical insurance). Am I supposed to tip her?
